We worked with Scott to have a few trees removed from the house we are moving into. Not only was he extremely professional and personable, but he answered the phone, and kept us up to date on his schedule and what all would be involved in removing the trees. He completed the work within the desired time frame and kept us informed throughout the process. The job was done for a fair price, and the quality of work is exactly what we were looking for. My tree job was small. Scott showed up, did the job better than expected, and treated me like a customer who’d spent ten times the money I had. It wasn’t about the job. It was about building a customer relationship. He did exactly that. Easy to reach. Calls you back. Shows up when he says he will.

When a huge oak tree crushed our house, Scott Branson was there within hours of my call to assess the job. He was able to bring a crane the next morning to remove the tree, and he and his partner cleaned up all the debris, chipped it, and piled it up for us for mulch. It was a huge relief for us to have such an experienced professional taking care of the job.

They also have a very professional presence on the web and showed up for an estimate on time. I will use them again because they did a spectacular job…they showed up with state of the art equipment and spent hours prepping the site with ropes and pulleys attached to other trees and, presto, with one man on the chainsaw and another manning the ropes they dropped that tree without any damage to anything! Oh, and they left my property cleaner than it was when they got there. Highly recommended!!!

Branson’s came out today, what started out as a rainy Monday morning, to take down a couple of dead trees and clean up some storm damage/fallen trees. They had to bring in the big crane to get to them….I have a few more trees that need taking down, so I will definitely be using them again in the near future.
